By creating your account on the Arkan application, you become a user of Investment Smart services and thereby agree to the following:

1. Responsibility for Maintaining Account Information

If there is any unauthorized use of your account information or a breach of your confidential information, you must notify Investment Smart immediately. 1.2 Investment Smart will not be liable for any loss, whether moral or material, resulting from the disclosure of your username or password.
2. Responsibility for Usage
   1. 2.1 You are committed to using your account personally and bear full responsibility for any activity that occurs using your account. If you allow someone else to use your account, it is considered as an authorization from you, unless you notify Investment Smart otherwise.
   2. 2.2 You are committed to using the platform seriously and sincerely, complying with the terms of the user agreement and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
3. Indemnity to Investment Smart
   1. 3.1 You are responsible for any direct or indirect losses incurred by Investment Smart as a result of any illegal or unauthorized use of your account by you or by any other person who accesses your account.
4. Accuracy of Information
   1. 4.1 You are committed to disclosing true, accurate, up-to-date, and complete information when registering on the platform and updating your information as needed.
   2. 4.2 If you disclose false, inaccurate, or outdated information, the platform reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or cancel your account without affecting the rights of Investment Smart.
5. Investigations
   1. 5.1 Investment Smart reserves the right to conduct any investigations it deems necessary, either directly or through a third party, and may request additional information or documents from you to verify your identity or account ownership.
6. Compliance with Terms
   1. 6.1 The user agrees to comply with all terms, conditions, and privacy policies published on the application's website.
   2. 6.2 Investment Smart reserves the right to freeze or cancel accounts that violate these terms after settling all related transactions.
7. Fees and Services
   1. 7.1 The platform reserves the right to modify service fees at any time.
8. Legal Actions
   1. 8.1 If you are found to be in breach of any terms and conditions, the platform reserves the right to: Warn you and request that you cease such behavior. Suspend, restrict, or limit your access to the platform. Cancel any transactions you may have made without notifying you. Report the activities to the relevant authorities. Take legal action against you.
9. Account Registration
   1. Information Registration To use the Arkan application, you must register an account and provide us with all the required information. This may include your name, mobile number, email, ID number, date of birth, address, and bank account information. You must notify us of any changes to this information.
10. Account Protection
    1. A. Create a strong password and do not use it for any other website or service. B. Keep your account secure by protecting your login credentials and limiting access to your account to yourself only.
11. Identity Verification
    1. The user allows the platform to conduct any required investigations through the "Know Your Customer (KYC)" system, whether directly or through third parties, to authenticate your identity or to protect you and/or the platform from fraud or financial crimes. Based on the results of these inquiries, the platform reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate.
